At Somerset Lakes Apartments, residents have access to our 24/7 fitness center, a resort-style pool, basketball court, and 80-acre fishing lake. While no utilities are included in the rental price of your apartment home, residents can feel at ease upon finding their oasis and the perfect place to call home.
How does the security deposit work?
At Somerset Lakes Apartments, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
What is the application fee?
At Somerset Lakes Apartments, the application fee is $60 per applicant and is non-refundable.
What utilities are residents responsible for?
At Somerset Lakes Apartments, residents are responsible for the following utilities: electric, water & sewage, valet trash, pest control, internet, and cable.
Somerset Lakes Apartments is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. There is a max of 2 pets per apartment home with a fee of $25 a month, per pet. Additionally, there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee for the 1st pet and $200 non-refundable pet fee for the 2nd pet due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. Do you offer income-based housing?
Somerset Lakes Apartments does not offer income-based housing.
Residents of Somerset Lakes Apartments can pay their monthly rental charges online through PayLease (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order.
At Somerset Lakes Apartments, parking spots are assigned to all residents. Additionally, carports are available for an additional $25/month and single car garages are available for an additional $75/month or double car garages are an additional $150/month.
